All content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Beliving or its content suppliers and is protected by Canadian and international copyright laws.

Beliving provides this service "as is" and shall not be liable for: • Any disputes between users and contractors • Work quality or contractor conduct • Indirect or consequential damages • Loss of data or business interruption Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us, if any.

For users residing in Quebec, the Consumer Protection Act provides certain rights that cannot be waived. These terms do not limit any rights you have under Quebec consumer protection legislation.
